The LAPD declared the protests, due to extreme instances of violence, vandalism, and interference with law enforcement operations an unlawful assembly. Specifically, and by now you probably should put the word play book down and read that the LAPD cited actions such as protesters blocking streets, throwing objects like rocks, bottles, and Molotov cocktails at officers, setting vehicles and dumpsters on fire, and engaging in vandalism, including graffiti on buildings and damaging property like Waymo autonomous vehicles as their reason why.

The videos you are citing are specifically addressed in Lost not Stolen. Those videos were shown in court and then compared to the actual real authentic videos and the videos you refer to were obviously faked and edited.

Did you know how much Rudy paid for his lies, those were the same lies you just repeated.

How did the trump legal team lose 60+ cases? And Rudy lost his case too. That's because there was no real proof of any of their claims.

In a court of law the evidentiary hearing goes on before the trial starts. If there's no evidence, there's no court proceeding. That also happened. You can read all about it in Lost not Stolen. Be sure to check who wrote the report.

Trump told capital police to use whatever was necessary to make sure this remained a peaceful protest. They did not do that then blamed Trump. That is the facts no matter how you try and twist the facts. If the capitol police did not have the manpower to do their job they should have requested assistance from the national guard. It is obvious to everyone that every time proper security is not in place for these protest things get out of hand. Trump new this and made it clear that the NG and even the military were available. They decided not to use them until it was out of control. This is incompetence on the part of the people providing security. They need to be replaced with competent people. Trump in LA did not wait this time for these incompetent people who failed once again. He immediately took charge. It is about time.

We were talking about significant fraud. Voter fraud is very rare. Recounts audits, and the evidence says that trump lied.
 

You never told me who knew they would break in , enter the Inside of the building. They didn't know that they would do that. So tell me who knew in advance, besides the people who rioted.

That makes a difference because they did have enough people to secure the building if they had stayed outside the security perimeter. But they incorrectly assumed that trump supporters would obey the police.

Please do tell - Who knew in advance the rioters would break in and enter INSIDE the Capitol?
