Trouble for Trump if Mueller meets Stormy - CNN

(CNN) Stormy Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, has a talent for stirring the publicity pot relating to his controversial porn star client. He dropped his latest morsels Friday during a drive-by of CNN and MSNBC's morning shows. In an interview with Chris Cuomo of CNN's "New Day," he said six additional women had come forward alleging sexual relationships with President Donald Trump and that his office was in the "early stages of vetting those stories." Avenatti also claimed two of the women have nondisclosure agreements.

Stormy Daniels suit could back Trump into a corner
Avenatti also told Cuomo that Daniels has faced physical threats, saying she'll disclose more details in an upcoming "60 Minutes" interview later this month. He would not answer whether or not it was someone close to the President who threatened her, and later told CNN he couldn't answer a question about whether he or Daniels filed a police report.

I don't get this one - if Trump lies under oath like Bill Clinton did, then yeah, sure, he should be Impeached like Bill Clinton was. However, how are the Democrats going to justify voting to Impeach Trump for the same thing they voted to ignore about Bill Clinton?

IMHO, if Trump lies under oath, he should be impeached and removed from office... PERIOD. Russia and all that other aside, willful perjury is enough for me, as it was for Bill Clinton.

Adultery is not really an impeachable high crime or misdemeanor. Some say the POTUS, being CinC, should be subject to the UCMJ, which makes adultery a crime. That's arguably a possibility, but I'm not sure it would pass the SCOTUS.

Regardless of adultery, regardless of party, and regardless of the reason, if any POTUS lies under oath, they should no longer be POTUS. That may be hard ass on my part, and if it is, well then so be it.

Where in this subject of the sex with a sex trade worker, has anyone suggested it is designed to lead to impeachment?

First, there is no fair comparison with the Blow Job. Clinton did not pay hush money...which in some circumstances is illegal.

It shows the character of the individual, whatever tiny shred of decency anyone had for him suddenly turned into a **** burger.

Now for the really hard part. This has even got off the ground yet. The real harm is not in a sex trade worker talking, it's about texts, pictures etc. which Trump's lawyer is trying to block by his shady move to go to federal court (where trump can fire the judge).

And you know what?

Stormy isn't the only one.

This isn't even about politics. It's about women have been used for his purposes and now see he is extremely vulnerable, and have decided to turn the tables....here "Mr President" have some of your REAL past and how you REALLY think of women

You know I keep coming across these American women who have strict sex views, pray a lot and try to interfere in other people's sex lives and who are vehement about thing like porn and prostitution. You hear from them all the time, usually. I wonder how come we don't hear from these self righteous Bible thumper......or does God only hate liberals.

Considering the water into free wine and feeding of free fish, I'd say by Boy invented liberalism

What does Trump's alleged involvement with Stormy have to do with anything Mueller is investigating? On what grounds can mueller inquire about his relationship with her? How does any of that relate to collusion with Russia?

If he is smart he would just plead the 5th or something along those lines. There really is no reason for him to lie when he can just dodge the question.

From all evidence, there are a number of things Trump is not good at... keeping his mouth shut is at the top of that list.

I suggest you read the OP again. No where is Mueller or Russia even mentioned. But that isn't the aim of Post #7.

Your only aim is whataboutism and topic diversion.

That was a lot of deflection.

I was talking about lying under oath, and how Trump should also be impeached if he does so, like Clinton did, but that some Democrats may find it difficult to do so after voting to not impeach Clinton or not voting to convict Clinton for the exact same crime.

All the other stuff you said, had nothing to do with my post, or my point.
