Well, it kind of is. As long as you can meet the requirements.

Does this guy even know what "equal opportunity employer" means?

It does not mean you can get any job at the organization regardless of your ability or disability. You just have to be able to do at least one of the jobs they offer.

he doesn't know a lot of stuff.

like basic stuff.

I am sure the military has a lot of things to say about this, but can't because they can't look political. It's just too bad that correcting woeful ignorance and grossly false statements has come to seem political.

Imagine if Alabama had two Democratic-leaning black districts and Republicans cared more about qualifications than fame and fortune. Tommy Tuberville needs to return to football coaching because that is all he knows about.

He wasn't even that good of a coach...

The only prop I could possibly give this piece of shit is that he is unapologetic about his wide open racism. Otherwise he’s scum and absolutely perfect for the Republican Party. It’s just a shame that so much of America is as shitty as him.

Oh, so we have cured racism and achieved equality by your standard in all of America. Any person can get one of the thousands of jobs the nation offers, they can live in at least one of the homes available, drive any car or at least one that is for sale, or carjacked. Equality reigns by your standard.

I heard this term this morning and it so on point. We are in the “post shame” era.

Tuberville explains why he voted against Chair of Joint Chiefs: “I heard some things that he talked about race and things that he wanted to mix into the military. Our military is not an equal opportunity employer. It’s like a football team I coached …”

I figured it wouldn't be long until one of these subhuman blobs got around to openly advocating for segregation.

The House GOP says they will not pass any DoD budget that contains any funding for military diversity programs.

Typical racism from the right-wing.

It's time for them to be removed from office in disgrace.

He wasn’t a very good football coach.

Nope. Just want to get rid of the taxpayer-funded anti-White bigots and dog whistlers like this one:

Faux news ... not a good source.

I do agree racists need to be removed. This is why I believe a good 3/4 of the GOP needs to be removed from office and banned from public service.

Diversity is not racist. The GOP is racist.

Tubbs wrong again.

Tubesnake is a racist moron from bama. What did you expect? :)

Biden and other Senators can and should correct him.

So they are taking a stance. Good. I had heard they were not going to pass a funding bill unless it sealed the border, I like that.

This is not "taking a stance". Do you think congress could ever do anything if everyone "took a stance" like that?
