Well that was fun....

1. What happened?
We upgraded our search engine and lost our search index in the process. We tried to take precautions, but it was a huge jump in technology. We had to re-index the entire system.

2. Why? It was working well.
"Soon" we will be upgrading the forum software and our search engine needed a tune up. Plus, the new search engine has added security features.

3. Anything noteworthy?
If you ever were interested if your reports are being read and discussed, there were well over 250,000 mod comments just for reports!

If a project is probably gonna take 4-8 hours we tell our clients from EOB on Friday and all of Saturday.

That way we always look like champs (when we finish by 10am on Saturday).

And, if something goes wrong, we have all day Saturday to figure it out.

Would it be possible to block certain people from reading and viewing your threads?
