My personal opinion is that your personal opinion belies current events. The current admin is cutting money and aid for those who it need it most, has toppled the US from being a world power, has made us adversaries to former allies, has made us weak. "Disrupting" is not "killing." People who make their living working for the Social Security Administration don't want it to be messed with. They like things just as they "always have been." But that means things like the cave where there are so many paper records that it takes 9 months to complete a SS retirement process.
