The Media is strangely subservient to the new president. One journalist asked about Israel and Biden threatened to drive over her. Another journalist asked several questions, but was shouted down by other journalists enthusing about ice cream. I don't mind the softball interviews with MSNBC. They won't ask any hard questions. Inflation is eating up our money. Gas prices are skyrocketing. There is chaos at the border. And yet, no one is asking Biden about any of these things.
 
Inflation was a given when the recovery from the virus got into full swing. Gas prices are similarly going up due to much greater demand with little increase in supply. Would have happened even if Trump stayed in office.

As to the southern border, about the same as usual down there, "conservatives" only seem to notice when a Democrat is in the WH.
 
Yes, yes, we know. All of reality conspires to victimize Trumpists, who despite their lifetime of subjugation and vicitmization at liberal hands also happen to be the biggest toughest baddest not-at-all-snowflakey patriot warriors.

I just laughed when I saw the thread title. It's very true, but it's a laughable understatement.

The MSM media is subservient / favorable to every Democrat president, the same way they are overly aggressive / unfavorable to every Republican president
(should note this behavior is not limited to presidents but extends to every politician).

It's the media wearing their hearts (or political bias) on their sleeves, as it were, demonstrated not only in their reportage content but also in their editorial decisions, the reality being they are little more than the Democrat political propaganda arm.

Biden doesn't control inflation....and he doesn't control gas prices....and Trump left a huge mess at the border for Biden to clean up. But the good news is more children are being re-united with their families. Any more questions, Robert?

The media are eagerly waiting for the Vice President to take over within the next four years.

Then the media will go wild with joy. A woman! A woman of color!

In the meanwhile, the media laugh at Mr. Biden behind his back.

They know that what he says and does is being choreographed by his woke "advisers."

White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki routinely calls on correspondents from right-wing journalists including Fox "News" Peter Doocy and even pretend "journalists" from the Newsmax nuthouse (and moves on after answering their intentionally insulting question).

Obviously you get your information from far-right heavily biased sources that have created a make-believe world in which human caused climate change isn't real, Biden stole the election, and Barrack Obama was born in Kenya. No wonder you find the mainstream media not to you liking.

Well, obviously, the vast majority of Black people didn't believe him because they came out in numbers to vote for him. In fact, he wouldn't be POTUS without them and they wouldn't be getting appointed to high positions in government without him.

According to NBC, the prices of fish and vegetables have increased by 2% since February. People in Boston & Philadelphia
are paying a dollar more per pound for bacon. My groceries are expensive now. I can afford it, but think of the poor.
Gas prices have skyrocketted by 9.1%. Gas prices are tagged onto food prices. All this since February and Biden was elected in January.

The Debt Clock right now is $28,348, 891,775,824, but the last six digits are spinning too quickly to determine an exact amount. The Debt per citizen is $86,051, but not everyone pays taxes. It is $225,310 per tax payer.

Guess what? Every day there are prices that rise and prices that fall. If you focus only on the prices that rise, you can make up all kinds of scary stories.

It's hilarious that you pin this on Biden, because actually it's good news. Bad news would be an economy NOT recovering and NOT seeing prices rise overall.

But instead of panicking, professionals measure a basket of goods which exclude products that are historically "noisy." As mainstream economists have predicted, we are currently experiencing a small rise in overall inflation due to the resumption of more normal consumption and some inventory chokepoints.

It's a good thing.

The New York Times corporation, CNN corporation, the MSNBC and NBC corporation, the ABC corporation, the CBS corporation, the Twitter corporation, Facebook corporation. All of these editorial staffs walk in lock step to the Left. Think about it. Free thinking, criticizing socialism, criticizing the administration, questioning the woke crap, standing up for democracies like Taiwan and Israel, facing down totalitarian China, closing the border to illegals, anti globalization. No one on the New York Times is allowed to investigate the truth. They must follow the party line.

Google with all of its tentacles in so many pies is a monopoly. Amazon is gigantic, owning the WashPost, which is just a leftist mouthpiece. The Atlantic magazine is a leftist rag. No one takes any risks. No one questions the narrative. No one challenges the paradigm.
 
Psaki is not a journalist. She is an administration hack. The original post said modern American "journalists" were in lock step.

When was the last time a mainstream media journalist was ordered to lie? It happens in the right-wing media all the time. Or purged for not lying? Which uses its own mendacity as a legal defense?

Fox has at least one journalist remaining: Chris Wallace: "Let’s start with a basic fact. President Trump is engaged in the most direct, sustained assault on the free press in our history. Since early in the campaign, he has done everything he could to delegitimize the media — attacking us institutionally and individually. And I think his purpose is clear: a concerted campaign to raise doubts over whether we can be trusted when we report critically about his administration."

It sure worked in your case.
