Daily Mail was running one of its articles with "the truth about chemtrails" (use view source). Daily Mail defines the issue as you'd expect:
Louisiana has become the latest state to create legislation tackling chemtrails. The Louisiana bill, which became effective August 1, prohibits intentionally dispersing chemicals into the atmosphere to affect weather or climate. ... The idea of spraying sulfur dioxide (SO2) into the atmosphere is a proposed method of solar geoengineering, specifically stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI). The idea is to increase the amount of aerosols in the stratosphere, which would reflect sunlight back into space and potentially cool the planet. But the EPA warns SO2 can harm human health and the environment. Health experts say short-term exposures to can harm the human respiratory system and make breathing difficult. People with pulmonary diseases, particularly children, are sensitive to the effects of SO2. Additionally, it can 'react in the atmosphere leading to acid rain or form particles that harm health and impair visibility'.
Daily Mail then goes to considerable lengths to educate us in "The Truth"... and oh boy do they lay it on thick.
The chemtrail theory has been widely debunked by scientists, but that hasn't stopped some, including Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr , from declaring chemtrails a threat to citizens' health. Some health experts worry bills like these are indicative of how misinformation is moving beyond the online world and into public policy. Elevating unsubstantiated theories or outright falsehoods into the legislative arena not only erodes democratic processes, according to experts, it provides credibility where there is none and takes away resources from actual issues that need to be addressed. 'Every bill like this is kind of symbolic, or is introduced to appease a very vocal group, but it can still cause real harm by signaling that these conspiracies deserve this level of legal attention,'...
Now let's compare the actual truth! From MIT:
Although the environmental implications are complex, the MIT-led research indicates transitioning to an ultra-low sulfur jet fuel is likely to prevent 1000-4000 premature mortalities per year (if implemented globally), but may increase globally averaged climate warming caused by aviation by 1-8%. Commercial aviation fuel (Jet A/A-1) contains sulfur at concentrations of 400-800 ppm, although there is significant variation. By contrast, US road transportation fuel is subject to an ultra-low sulfur fuel standard of 15 ppm, which is about 97% less than jet fuel. Other jurisdictions including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, India, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and the European Union have instituted similar standards for road transportation... SOx is predominantly a gas when emitted, but gets converted in the atmosphere to a form of fine particulate matter (i.e. small particles) called sulfate. Sulfate particles predominantly scatter solar radiation, some of it back into space, therefore offsetting a fraction of global warming, although whether this is climatically beneficial or not is a subject of continuing research.
Legally, jet fuel can actually be 0.3% sulfur -- four to eight times higher than this already high average. 200 times more sulfur than in fuel used on the road.

The idea of mounting tanks inside the cabin of a plane to spray chemicals really is silly, as far as I know. But the plane's fuel tanks are a fount of geoengineering. Depending what fuel the plane is burning, it could be nucleating twice as much frost, or even eight times as much in theory, to create "chemtrails" that people can see - which are claiming human lives.

Keep looking up.

Generally the chemtrails conspiracy theorists I interact with talk about silver iodide not burnt sulfur in the fuel silver iodide was used in an experiment where they tried to do some cloud c and they used an aircraft to deliver it this actually happened it was an experiment to see if they could make clouds I don't know if it was an effort to reduce global warming.

Here's an article about cloud seeding if you're interested.

But anytime I've ever encountered one of these chemtrail people they always talk about silver iodine and they blame it for a whole host of different problems and health issues they have. Going to say that they're trying to block out the sun to make us believe the moon landing was real or something I don't know it's always something weird.

The truth about trump supporters and their chemtrails, you listening DeSantis, they're all idiots. They will believe the wildest of conspiracty theories while dismissing facts out of hand.

Chem trails are one of the sillier conspiracy theories.

Why would the government want to go to the effort of poisoning civilians for no apparent reason, but doing it via high altitude spraying is probably the least efficient method of doing so.

Also how do they get these chemicals onto civilian airliners without the airlines knowing?

there are a variety of reasons. they want to reflect sun back to control global warming, also population control and reduction.

but doing it via high altitude spraying is probably the least efficient method of doing so.

very efficient. who would notice the spraying for starts; the stuff eventually comes down some where. it's a win win for globalists.

Also how do they get these chemicals onto civilian airliners without the airlines knowing?

they use special planes retrofitted for this purpose.

blessings. zero days.

In the fuel tank, obviously. Jet planes distribute large fuel tanks worth of material every time they fly. I assume the only culpable agent is sulfur, because the sulfur dioxide could explain the variably cloudy trails people actually see. But if they wanted to put silver iodide in it, they could... it's basically just a sort of salt, and as long as it isn't in big lumps it would come out the far end just like a bit of stray peanut shell when I eat the salted-in-shell sort.

this is one of the ways. some claim that inside of jet fuel mixtures are combinations of ingredients that work as chem trails, since The Oligarch responsible for the fuel adds to the official mix.

the other source are jets that have special spray nozzles to dump ingredients like aluminum and barium onto the populations.

it's all End Times stuff; eventually they want planet wide de-population down to 500 million as requested by the georgia guidestone monuments.
