The Shadow Docket has turned the Supreme court into the Trump court

The use of the so-called shadow docket by the conservatives on the court has turned it into the Trump Court. It allows the cons on the court to make decisions without explanation of how the decision meets the requirements of the constitution and continues to make the President into a dictator without naming him so. It also helps make the justices richer with each decision by doing what their wealthy donors want them to do. The shadow docket was originally meant to make decisions when time was a necessary part of the decision as in a death sentence case where there were hours or even minutes of the sentence being carried out. So now the court just uses it whenever they want to help the president without having to explain themselves. You wonder where our democracy is going?

Putin, Orban, Erdogan - none of them are named as dictators in their own countries.

Heck, same applies to Kim and Xi.

Unfortunately, the courts are not going to save this country from Trump......it will have to be ordinary American citizens.

And we are not powerless....as the outrage over Jimmy Kimmel has shown. Trump and Carr have backed down.....like the Nazi cowards that they are.
