The REAL question is how much the Trump crime family is profiting from his stock market manipulation.

There is no policy initiative at play here. Trump has no political ideology. Trump is an opportunist. Greed, ego and revenge are the three legs of Trump's existence.
The fact is that Trump is a "shallow" thinker and extremely lazy mentally. Those facts have been well known for years.
The fact that Trump "threatens" and then "backs down", makes Trump look like a bully and an embicile, but rest assured that Trump and his extended crime family is profiting in some manner.

I’ve no idea but I figure if he’s going to be so blatant and obvious about it, I might as well make money too. Obviously he’ll only get two or three more pump-and-dump rounds before larger forces begin to ignore him altogether so I for one plan to act fast.

Look on the brightside. Maybe the open and shameless grifting at the expense of the average Americans ability to purchase basic necessities will finally inspire a real desire by the electorate to tax the rich after decades of buying in to manufactured enthusiasm for getting trickled on. 😆

Unfortunately, the Trump version of "trickle down" is him and his buddies pissing down your neck as they empty your pockets.

It is no new revelation that Trump is a shameless grifter, and the American electorate stupid enough to vote for him. Of course he, his family and friends have benefited enormously from his actions. Now it is up to the Legislative branch of our government to stand up and refuse to cede all power to a president who has seriously gone off course. (Not the Golf Course, of course). The president does not have the power to declare tariffs on other nations by executive order.

I don't know about that.....I spent an afternoon socializing with a "mixed" group (politically) and heard an awful lot of excusing and justifying and Faux News-ing the tariffs, and then the news came (second hand from Truth Social) that they were halted. Literally stopped conversation because new talking points not yet available. Whatever Trump does will be A-OK with this group.

I think the only manipulation was from China and Soros shorting the market before Trump's announcement.
