What they actually said is that they're not planning. They're going to retain Fauci and some others and let THEM plan. And then follow their advice.

Fauci is part of the problem. Fauci was against the public wearing of face masks in February, March, because Fauci did not want to put more demand on the supply of Face Masks, because health care workers were short on masks. So even though Fauci knew face masks would help, he was against face masks, until Trump figured out to use bandanas, or cloth masks, to get around Fauci.

Fauci was trying to save all the face masks, for healh care workers.

The plan that Biden-Harris is responsible for, is the selection of Covid-19 vaccines to manufacture in advance of FDA approval.


If Trump has selected a vaccine that is no the best one, Biden-Harris should speak up earlier, than later.

If state pharmacuetical boards are putting restrictions on therapuetic prescription medications, that are effective in at least the early stages of Covid-19, then Biden-Harris should reommend the reversal of those restructions.
