The Only Road to Heaven .. Matthew 7:13-14

The biggest question that will ever be answered is the question...Which way to heaven?
The most important decision that anybody will ever make is the decision that they make regarding their eternal destiny.
Life here, says the Bible, is a vapor that appears for a little time and vanishes away. It is like steam off a cup of coffee, nothing more,
compared to eternity. Everyone will live somewhere forever without end.
Where you live forever is absolutely critical. There are two options: hell and eternal punishment, or heaven and eternal joy.
The question then is ... which way to heaven? continue

The notion that I will be this ego for all eternity is not only absurd, it is disturbing. You want to be this forever? I'd rather be nothing.

We already do live forever in Divine presence. It's the illusion of separation that makes you think you need to work for the connection... but you're connected right now. Right now is as good as it gets. Why delay that by trying to please a human middle man?

Whoever you're quoting... has obviously never had a Divine experience. If they had, they would know it's not up to them to tell you how to get closer to it. They are just an ego that is about human power. I don't sense much elevation there.

Once I get to heaven, I plan on conquering it. Once I oust your deity, you may worship me.

In my opinion, dadman,a lot misunderstandings and arguments could be avoided if people on this forum would learn to use the words
"in my opinion"

To we Taoists,we believe the concept of heaven is not a "final destination" it is a state of being.
To a Taoist, we believe being in heaven is equal to being One with the Tao (i.e. one with the universe).
To a Taoist, we believe we were something before,we are something now,and we will be something else.
To a Taoist,we believe the Tao is dynamic and ever changing. To be in a place for all eternity that is unchanging would be the equivalent of Hell to us.

You are stating your beliefs as if they are the fundamental laws of physics, and since there is no way to prove that you went from being a teacher to being a propagandist.

You list two options and didn't provide evidence for either option.

So I will provide a third option:

Thinking for once's self.
