LA Home Depot twice in a day. Very dangerous day laborers.

God, this is why ICE is so desperate for recruits that they lifted the age cap for applicants.

Who wants to be known as being a member of the biggest bunch of ******s in America who need a 50-man SWAT team to arrest a half-dozen hotel maids and day laborers? And then be forced to wear a straight face while saying "Uh, yeah, we totally just nabbed a bunch of battle-hardened cartel members. We were totally in real serious danger there for a moment. We are, like, total heroes protecting America...I mean, the Homeland."

> Mrs. Sampson, I'm sorry, but we're gonna have to cancel your roof repairs again. I'm sorry.

>> JFC!!! This is like the third time in a row! Don't you have any white workers?!

> Nah, they quit after the first week. The last one told me he was leaving to become a professional gamer, and the one before that said he was going to be a social media influencer.

You wouldn't want an illegal to sell you a bag of soil, now would you? That'd be foreign soil. Can't have that in 'Merka!

ICE certainly uses excessive numbers for the number of apprehensions they tally.

Not sure this was meant to apply to law breakers.
The Bible also addresses breaking the law.
The Bible presents a complex view on lawbreaking and punishment, emphasizing both divine and human justice. It teaches that God established laws for humanity and that breaking them is sin, incurring consequences. It also acknowledges the role of human governments in administering justice and punishing wrongdoers, as established by God for maintaining order.

Workers are the low hanging fruit. Criminals are harder to catch. Artificially imposed quotas do not give agents enough time to go after the criminals. Workers are much easier to pick up and deport.

Yep. How come they don't raid farms in the Midwest? Especially dairy farms.

-Who cares about the economy?

Wait a minute. I thought that was the original reason from wanting the immigrants gone. Because they were taking the jobs, right? They only turned into criminals after Donald started telling everyone they were criminals bringing drugs and crime. No. They are mostly workers. Donald. He is the criminal. He is a felon. He is the one who needs to get tossed out of a job and into prison.

Throwing immigrants out is hurting the economy. Construction jobs halted. Food prices rising. Crops plowed under. Meat packing plants slowed down because the workers got deported. Meat prices rising. Look at the price of beef! You don't need Donald's lying BLS to tell you the price of beef has gone up.

If you want to toss out criminals fine. Drug cartels? Fine. Gangs? Fine. Find them. Yes. Toss them out. They are not hanging out at Home Depot trying to get day work.

Yanking workers out of jobs, consumers, tax payers? Deporting taxpayers??? DUMB! I don't care where they are from. Change the laws. Make them legal. As long as they are working, let them stay. Everybody in America can trace their roots somewhere. Diversity is what made us great. What Donald is doing is stupid. It's going to back fire. It was always just a bullshit idea to get votes. It was never intended to help the country. The whole purpose was to get the votes to cut taxes for billionaires and it worked. Maga fell for it. Dumb.

And now we are seeing just how dumb an idea it was. It's not working. It's hurting the economy. And so are the new taxes on imports. Buying is down. Jobs are down. We are headed for a Trump recession. Dumb, Dumb, Dumb.

Sanctuary cities are not violating federal law.

Who told you that lie? Fox or some other right wing propaganda outfit i bet.

Why did you fall for it?

I bet you dont even know what a sanctuary city is, im sure you were lied to about that too.

AI overview.

No, sanctuary city policies are generally considered legal and not against federal law. While the federal government can encourage or incentivize cooperation with immigration enforcement, it cannot compel state and local governments to participate in such activities. Federal law also cannot force states and localities to enforce federal immigration laws.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
What are sanctuary cities? Sanctuary cities or jurisdictions are those that limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement efforts. These policies vary, but generally involve restricting local law enforcement from inquiring about a person's immigration status or holding individuals for deportation based on immigration detainers.

Federalism and State/Local Authority: The U.S. has a federal system where power is divided between the federal and state governments. States and localities have a degree of autonomy and can make decisions about how they operate within their own jurisdictions. The 10th Amendment of the Constitution reserves powers not delegated to the federal government to the states or the people, which protects the ability of states and localities to set their own policies.

Supreme Court Precedent: Several Supreme Court cases, such as New York v. United States and Printz v. United States, have established that the federal government cannot "commandeer" state and local governments to enforce federal laws. These cases mean that the federal government can't force state and local governments to help enforce federal immigration laws.
