The Ukrainian Ministry of science was sent in knockout by Yalta University of Management (YUM) after the hostile takeover ** of the license in July 2012 and the failure of the admission of students in the 2012-2013 academic year as a result of naive foray of mighty inspection.
Actually YUM sent Ukrainian ministry of science twice in knockdown, and only then in a full knockout for the gang crime against the University, which was provided by former Minister Tabachnick, his former deputy Sulima EM, his former chief of the Reigning inspection Goncharenko and the former mayor of Yalta Boyarchuk. Mr. Boyarchuk was the person who gave the command "Fetch" to "sovereign inspection dogs" who zealously performed this command, but left a lot of evidence for the courts. So Mr. Boyarchuk has knocked himself down and got a lot of trials in court. He was never interested in universities, but he was a great expert in backsheesh. They acted brazenly and blatantly, refusing to follow neither the Education Law of Ukraine, nor the Constitution of Ukraine.
Yalta University of Management at the time of this hostile takeover was considered THE BEST PRIVATE UNIVERSITY IN UKRAINE: 5 consecutive years in the top five (out of 138), and the 1st place among the 57 best universities 3rd and 4th level in 2008, according to the results of the rating, conducted annually by the Department of higher Education of Ukraine.
Yalta University of Management never passed anything under the table to these people.
A bunch of petty officials gone, but they managed to commit the biggest crime - stopped the march of the best private university in Ukraine. However, the patriots of University console themselves that Yalta University of management prepared an entire division of experts and masters for the regional economy, who are strongly needed right now in a free and independent Crimea!

*In attachment you can find the achievements of the university at the national and international levels, court decisions about this hostile takeover.

The diploma "Leader of the national Education" was given to Yalta university of management by Minister Tabachnik the same month when license was taken away by the same Minister Tabachnik
** July 6, 2012 Reigning Accreditation Committee (RAC) of the Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine has decided to revoke the teaching license of Yalta University of Management (protocol number 97), and transfer students to other universities.
Numerous questions and threads were started on all web sites, expressing bewilderment - how could it happen that one of the best private universities in Ukraine (1st rank 2008 among 57 universities 3rd and 4th levels, the honorary title of "Leader of the National Education "(2011year)," Leader of the national system of rating of higher educational institutions of Ukraine (2012), Gold Medal (2011) and Grand Prix (2012) for international cooperation, winner of numerous international diplomas and awards, including "Laures of glory "Oxford, UK - for faultless reputation and professionalism, suddenly got deprived of the license?

Do you think that proclaimed educational reform really helps to improve the education system in Ukraine?

What does hostile takeover of a license of a successful private Ukrainian university named "Yalta" has to do with "a free and independent Crimea?"

Well somebody needs to be knocked out- and it shouldnt be the Ministry of science of Ukraine either! :hammer:
