Cracks are beginning to appear in the armor. MAGA isn't saying anything, but doubts are swirling. They have stopped being so proud and loud. There are not so many maga flags any more. Signs have come down.

The RW propaganda machine is managing to keep up so far - sort of. They are good at running damage control - up to a point.

But things are getting worse, and they are destined to get way worse.

It will happen when the economy implodes under Trump. That will do it.

Job creation is way down. That can't go on without having bad results. Trump can manipulate the numbers, but he can't make evicted people pretend they like what happened to them. He can't bring back jobs that have been killed. People talk. We are a rumor-driven nation.

He can't encourage AI full speed ahead without costing jobs. He can't impose new import taxes on things without people slowing down in their consumerism. He can fudge those numbers, too, but he can only go so far with the smoke and mirrors.

First the economy goes south. Then the stock market will follow. Inflation can't be dabbled with. When it sets in and gets cranked up it will be like a snowball going down a mountain. It can't just be taken back by undoing that first little push. Capitalists will be capitalists. When the prices of imports rise, the prices of everything else will follow. Your money won't go as far. America will not be "great again." Inflation and recession will be great again, unfortunately.

Donald is a bull in a china shop. He is just getting cranked up. It's the economy, stupid. You screw it up, you own it.

Let the RW disinformation machine try to spin that away. They won't be able to do it.

MAGA is not going to age well.

Donald is losing support. The worst effects of his changes have not hit yet.

No man can hold back the tide. When the tide switches and goes the other way all the water is going to flow with it.

The maga tide has not turned yet. But it is slowing down.

Your thread is one big dream.

MAGA is in way too deep, too servile, too in need of an iron fist that removes choice from their lives so that they can always blame someone else when things dont work out for them. They've found their self-described king and they've dug in so deep they will do anything 🥨 before they'd admit they were wrong...they'd need a container the size of Jupiter to contain the humiliation.

They think his power reflects back on them...while he considers them useful and uneducated pawns.

There won't be any one thing that will turn the tide. It will be a confluence of factors.

The economy will push it over.

When the mighty fall, it is a mighty fall.

Note that the OP refuses to wake up from his dream...no response.

It's true tho...when the economy tanks, it will take MAGA down with it, along with everyone else. But again...they'll turn themselves into 🥨 to invent excuses why it wasnt their king's fault.

This will happen as surely as physics is physics. Potential builds until energy is released. A tidal wave. An earthquake. A bolt of lighting. Trump imploding. It's inevitable. The only thing which cannot be predicted is the moment it occurs.

Trump doesn't know when to stop. The more he gets away with, the more he thinks he can get away with. He will keep pushing until it's too much. It's his nature. He can't resist. He has to destroy everything around him. He always does.

I would say that the kind of people we were warned about have gotten too close to the core of power of the United States. It isn't irreversible though.

Haven't seen a sign of it here yet.
The cracks in the armor are there. The Epstein Files. The firing of the head of BLS. The eroding favorability in the polls. The other nations aligning against the USA. The rising prices and the falling jobs.

It is coming.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Trump is dabbling in absolute power. His day is coming.

Keep up hope I suppose. All I can do is watch and talk.

Your posts are getting more and more abstract...'fantastical.' It's a tough time tho, everyone has to deal with the current times in their own way.

The real "real life" possibility is that the stress of all of that will debilitate him mentally or physically to the point where the GOP Congress and his handlers can no longer hide it. That his age and poor health finally take him down.

This is what is the most likely chance of getting him out of office. Not MAGA turning on him or even away from him. MAGA will go down in history with him, painted with the same humiliating brush for this period in American history. Them and a self-serving, intimidated GOP.

It always seems to be the darkest just before the dawning.

Look at your side. The Democrats.

Train wreck!

Great cartoon.

Yes there are disagreements but the ship is staying the course.

You can quote the loud mouths and polls all you want but we're in it for the long term.

The big alarm clock is getting wound up tighter and tighter...

Tick. tock.

Look at your side. The Democrats.

I love it. Hang onto that spirit as long as you can. Best of luck.

There will come a point when Democrats can no longer be blamed.

Democrats have no power.

Republicans own what happens now.

Lots of changes are being made. That's Republicans taking ownership of whatever happens.

Ya better hope it's really good.

I never thought immigrants were the problem. We shall find out.

I don't know. There's seems to no pain that's too much for MAGA to bear. I think your post is overly optimistic.

However Indies may throw in the towel; though I doubt that's enough.

I'm afraid MAGA is in power, and they're not giving it up anytime soon.

Keep on swingin'! But your thread is more appropriate for a Hallmark card than facing real life and real change.

Trump's general favorability has no bearing on him remaining in power.

MAGA determines that, and they're 100% behind Trump. Even through Epstein, Trump's approval within the GOP actually increased.

Indies staying out of it, not voting, was a major factor, if not THE factor in TACO getting enough votes. They couldnt stomach voting for TACO and refused to support Harris. They are as much to blame for our current situation as MAGA and every Republican voter.

Meh. That's what was said about Putin from the get-go, and every year after. Yet he still remains, and as powerful as ever.
