most often the last two words are left out, though
 
and now in Latin:


Sacrum Imperium Romanum Nationis Germanicae
 
and because the last two words are mostly missing, some people think that there never was a Germany before 1871
 
the idea of a Germany or a Germania is as old as julius caesar
 
i hope i could have explained sth here
 
do not forget the part ….. of the German nation
 
it was some kind of greater germany, just as in 1871 a greater prussia hd been created
