Alexandra Garmazhapova stated that the moscow czar was "using impoverished Buryats as cannon fodder" and that "the future of Buryatia should be determined by the people of Buryatia in free elections."

A bus full of Tuvans mobilized by Moscow czar . There are only about 250 000 in Moscow empire and thousands them have already been killed in battle in Ukraine. Putin is clearly using ethnic minorities as cannon fodder.
