the Burka in Afghanistan

Adult people shoule ba allowed to dress any way they want (unless it's hate symbols, I am okay with banning Nazi uniforms). So they should neither be enforced to wear something they do not want to wear nor banned from wearing something they'd want to wear. In places like schools something like the burka which means you can't see the face would be incredibly impractical, so I am okay with banning it in schools.

Why is the burka not a hate symbol? The burka is the perfect punishment for someone I despise. My dog can put up with a leash but draws the line at burkas.
