What is your opinion as to why the Biden Administration didn't release the Epstein Files during the 4 years they were in Office? :unsure:

Epstein was convicted in 2008 under Dubya. He was arrested again in 2019 under Trump and committed suicide before trial. Talk to Dubya and Trump.

Why was Maxwell transferred to a federal country club in Texas against BOP policy? And let's talk if Trump decides to pardon her.

The most likely reason is too many democrats were involved, or someone way too high up the food chain was a dem. The other is Hunter Biden was on the list and Joe Biden had to protect his baby boy.

Two theories about Biden are that it would implicate some Democrats, and that Biden left it to the DoJ.

It's always been clear to me. It is inappropriate, if not illegal, to release DOJ materials on people that may be caught up in a legitimate investigation but may not in any way be guilty of crime. If there is not enough evidence to indict them and let them have their day in court then to try them in the court of public opinion is wrong. There is no public interest served in simply embarrassing and suggesting wrong doing by people when there is no supporting evidence to bring charges.

That is my take....there were rich ass#### s who abused young women to feed their stupid egos but the evidence does not support charges that would stand up in court. As much as I think they need to be hung out to dry.......if the evidence does not support charges then the information should be withheld.

Because Presidents don't release DOJ investigation files.
Trump blabbed out of his ass about it, as per usual, and said he would and that's why he's in hot water about it.

trump could, because DoJ is his personal law firm unlike most other presidents, but he had 1,000 FBI agents find his name all over the files, so he didn't. They're trying to select a few to release without his name to say they did it, but the court shut down their releasing the gran jury info.

If the DOJ doesn't have enough evidence to bring charges, then showing everyone's name is the same as implicating individuals with only circumstantial evidence. It's not fair.

The Maxwell case was under appeal during the majority of President Biden's term, meaning Article 3 controlled those documents.

Its very uncommon for the DoJ to release criminal files like this until decades after tge case is closed. There are names of innocent people involved in the investigation who understandably would not like to see their name publicly associated with the crime. It could ruin their lives. You know how people can be with conspiracy theories. Then who would want to cooperate in future investigations?

The exception is Trump who apparently promised to release them, which, if true, itsca promise he has broken.

Right now the President of the United States is using his power and authority to use the Government in a way that suppresses information about his long relationship with modern history’s most notorious child sex trafficker…. But yeah… let’s talk about Biden.

The post is about Biden. Why didn't Biden release them during his 4 years in?
I think "integrityrespec" has a good reason. The Biden administration couldn't release them due to too many democrats being on the list. Yet, cry Trump, lol.
Until the list is released and it's proven wrong, it's the most likely reason there are too many democrats in the mix.

The Biden campaign didn’t make it part of their identity that the Epstein files get released like the Trump supporters have.
 
I remember arguing against the power of propaganda with a history teacher in High school. I wish I could tell her how wrong I was.

Even after a lot of info over the years on the entire Epstein case, MAGA continues to repeat the lies they were told. Some know it's lies, but do it anyway. Many though are so brainwashed even if they saw it with their owns eyes they will never believe Trump is one of the pedos. I bet if Trump raped a kid on 5th avenue, they would still support him. MAGA will be offering their own kids soon to Trump. Makes one wonder where is Trump keeping kids captive right now?

If there was too many democrats on the list, Trump would have released them on his first day in office.
