You're rating Sam Adams Light over Blue Moon?:shock:I'd have to go with mr. Gates on the best choice.
Beer diplomacy: What would Jesus brew? :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Cathleen Falsani
Finally! | 6:38 p.m.
With the pool report, we finally have the answer to the most pressing question of the day: What are they drinking? Well, for those who believed Bud Lite would be the drink of choice for Mr. Obama, they are in luck, as are those who thought Sgt. Crowley would stay with Blue Moon. Mr. Gates drank Sam Adams Light (a Massachusetts-based brew), and Mr. Biden chose a Bucklers, a non-alcohol beer.

Faux beer for faux men....Bud Light and non-alcoholic beer?
:rofl
I'm sorry, but that's seriously gay.
Faux beer for faux men....
You're suggesting a Belgian brew for an American beer summit? They are all amateurs.
You're rating Sam Adams Light over Blue Moon?
Dear Leader and the Mouth that Roared demonstrated their complete lack of clue in their beer choices, however. (a "non alcohol beer" is a contradiction in terms, as is calling Bud Lite "beer"). Dear Leader should have taken the hint from his buddy Gates and gone with Sam Adams (well, ideally he should have gone for a Blue Moon, but knowing how the Hahvahd types have to stick together, a Sam Adams is an acceptable alternative).
I don't care for most wheat beers, and Blue Moon flavored with orange peel and coriander should only be drank by women and extremely effete, neutered men.
It's probably best that Joe Biden not drink alchohol; I think we can all agree on that.
Bud Lite most certainly is "beer", it has barley, malt, hops and very pure, good tasting water. Ask any homebrewer (like me) if they can make bud lite and come close to the price. Although they may prefer more flavor, they will certainly say the brewers that make Bud are master craftsman.

Who's the amateur?

Lighten up, Francis.Your a bit annoying. The dear leader comments and the constant critisim (somehow youve managed to link Obamas policies with his choice of beer) is rather irritating.
Lighten up, Francis.
Not once in that post did I mention Dear Leader's paucity of Presidential poise. I just said he has horrible taste in beer--which he does.
The leader of the free world drinking a girly-man beer like Bud Lite? Talk about an embarrassing moment!
No response Ginger?Lighten up, Francis.

:roflDrinking Bud Lite is like making love in a boat. It's ****ing close to water. LOL.
....
Budweiser is Belgian owned....
Blue Moon is Canadian (Toronto)
and Buckler is originally from the Netherlands (it's .5 % abv)
Now who's the amateur? :2wave:
canada is still in north america.
As for the other two.....considering whose selections those were, there's no real response needed....those were amateurish selections.
Why would you think that? Americans are quite tolerable of Canadian goods. Americans are quite tolerable of Canadian culture (obviously, I'm referring to Rush :mrgreencan i claim victory!? Woo hoo

You have a typo. That should readBecause Belgian beer tastes better....
and I hate Moose
Because Belgian beer tastes bitter....
