It's very good to see the messages from this candidate. They stand out as about the best I've seen in a long time. Billionaires are sowing hate and division to prevent the people uniting against them. We need people to care about others who aren't like them. He said he's coming to realize what I've said for years, that billionaires are the primary cause of US problems.

The video clip starts at 4:44, and from that point it took him less than three minutes to give a shout-out to the tranzez. That schtick might work in California but it isn't going to work in Texas.

Also, talking about billionaires might work for the fisherman dude in Maine, but I don't think it's going to work in a much more conservative state. Not because Texans have any great love for billionaires, but because it frames him as very progressive. I don't know if he actually is, as he didn't really get into any policy specifics in the little bit that I watched, but he at least *sounds* like he is. That's really not the angle you want to take if you're running for a Senate seat from Texas.

He does not seem like a good candidate for Texas. But it's still early in the election cycle so maybe he will get better.

I'm a Texan it works for me. Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso the Rio Grande Valley are mostly Blue so there will be support.

But not enough to win the election.

Maybe not, but they definitely have the fastest growing populations from Blue states so it very well may happen someday. We won't get into whether or not they are taking their Blue values with them because that would take an entire thread!
