Remember the Texas asshole who sued his ex-wife's friends over helping get her an abortion? He dropped his shitty lawsuit yesterday.
The women Silva brought the suit against were going to fight it based on the illegality of a law that is not enforced by the state but by paying citizens to inform the state. They mentioned that the law made harassment legal. That may have given the conservative legal organizations supporting Silva second thoughts about exposing their law to a court. There is no way the Texas vigilante law paying citizens to rat out their friends and neighbors is constitutional.

Paying people to rat on their friends and neighbors is what keeps Putin, Xi, and Kim in power. Go Texas!
