I wonder. Do you understand that a Civil Arrest Warrant has no authority outside of Texas? It is not a Judicial Warrant which any cop would have to enforce. The Texas Democrats have committed no crime, and so the Civil Arrest Warrant would only come into play if they returned to Texas. Any effort to enforce them by say, Texas Rangers in another State, say Illinois would end up with the Texas Ranger going to jail.
