Back when America was great, you

Had

Chemical spraying of entire communities where children would run out and play in the spray

Lead in paint

Lead in gasoline ( that one was hard to get rid of as I expect the same sort against chemtrails still want leaded gas)

Later on, when America was not as great MTBE was in gasoline and that was being pushed out and people complained

Now when America us almost great again, the removal of Bisphenol A ( endocrine disruptor ) is being pushed to be eliminated. Yet I expect the people against chemtrails are also against banning bisphenol a

Why are so many so stupid to believe in chemtrails from commercial jet aircraft yet ignore harmful chemicals in their food
 
Also, for the education of the people here who think the FAA regulates these activities ( ) :

If the cloud seeding was being done by commercial passenger aircraft, that would be under the FAA.

The partisan aspect is that this an other similar bills are more tied to Chemtrails rather than geoengineering. They just can't say chemtrails in the law without being laughed at.

That’s not how that works. The FAA regulates two very specific things - efficiency and airplane safety. It does not regulate what aircraft do in the sky other than those two specific things. All else is regulated by the States.
This bill has nothing to do with “chemtrails.” The State of Tennessee does not want cloud seeding or geoengineering done in their State. It is their right to regulate that as other States have done.

I operate a drone. You know who regulates what I do in certain airspaces with that drone? The FAA.
 


What chemicals commercial aircraft are carrying certainly is under the FAA. It is a safety issue. If your 737 has a modified fuel tank that is carrying weather modification chemicals, the FAA has authority over that

The bill and others certainly are about chem trails. Those nutjobs make a lot of noise.

These bills make them happy, and hopefully quiet
 
See the citations I provided from the FAA and GAO. They do not agree with your assessment and neither do the States. This isn’t some unsettled matter up for debate. The FAA does not regulate cloud seeding. The States do.

I never said that the FAA regulates cloud seeding

It regulates the design, manufacture, maintenance and what type of cargo planes can carry

A couple of things about the link, it's really about drones and that's about it. It refers to certain aircraft rules/regs, but this document is about UAS. So an airplane, not a drone, can seed clouds.

The link you provided states several times that state laws are fine as long as they don't interfere with federal laws/rules/regs. And the first line of 49 US Code 40103 establishes federal sovereignty of air space. So, the state law means jack-****ing-shit if the federal government says so.
 
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, Chapter 201, Part 1, is amended by
adding the following as a new section:

The intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals,
chemical compounds, substances, or apparatus within the borders of this state into the
atmosphere with the express purpose of affecting temperature, weather, or the intensity
of the sunlight is prohibited.


-SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 2024, the public welfare requiring it.

I hate MAGA as much as the next person, but from what I've read this does appear to be about banning cloudseeding, not chemtrails.
 
I foresee contrails reported as chemtrails.
