So far she has 35 members. One (un-named) democrat has shown interest. Some tea partiers who showed up for the first caucus had voted for Obama but are worried about the spending. I think this caucus is a great idea and hopefully will grow and eventually be bi-partisan. There are all kinds of Caucus's. She just mentioned a few. Potato caucus, seafood caucus, boat caucus, biker caucus....so why not a tea party caucus?
As far as a Tea Party Presidential Candidate, I hope we don't have one. A third party would for sure mean another Dem president in 2012. I think Bachmann loves this country too much to do something like that.
There is no "Tea party" as an official party.
People who try to capitalize on a "tea party" ticket are either opportunists or democrat plants.
Yea democratic plants with life long links to the Republican party hahaah.
:failpail:
Drink from it, it's all yours.

Hey you are the one trying to distance the right wing from the Tea party by not only saying it does not exist, but that they are either opportunists or democratic plants.. talk about being paranoid.
The Tea Party isn't a party, yet has local chapters with presidents. Who is president of the Burlington County potato party, seafood party, boat party, and biker party?

But none of them have the backing of a cable news network.
we support canidates who want:
to lower taxes
Reduce the size of government
act more accountable to the people.
Dem, republican doesnt matter.
For example. I'd pretty much vote for someone like Corey Booker (the current mayor of Newark) for any higher office that Chris Christie wasn't running for and he's a democrat.
You mean like the democrats right? :lamo
Lower taxes to what amount?
By reducing do you mean agencies, spending, etc. Social Security, military, police, fire dept, agriculture, roads? What does that mean? What services do you want reduced?
Act accountable to which people?
I think these are good slogans that many people agree upon, but nobody agrees on what they actually mean in action?
Don't forget that the initial Tea Party rallies got instant coverage and advertising by a TV host. You can choose to ignore that if you want.

Of course, putting your companies name in front of it doesn't mean you're laying claim to it or anything crazy like that, lol. Just being fair and balanced.

It's far less dishonest that claiming coverage of said events=claiming it.
I never said coverage = claiming it.
Talk about dishonesty.

Of course you didn't
Lol, the word coverage is nowhere in my post.
You know what I meant. You're just being hard headed now.
Do you go around putting your name on other people's stuff? Just curious if thats a common thing amongst conservatives...
