Here are the numbers for income and corporate taxes after the Bush tax cut went into effect in July 2003 Fiscal Year 2003 Ended September 2003.

Individual Income tax

Millions of dollars collected. From October 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003 fiscal year 2003 both income tax revenue and corporate taxes dropped. The Bush tax cuts went into effect in July 2003 and reversed that trend and also reversed economic growth turning it to a strong positive, BEA.gov
