Dont you just love this wonderful administration? Forget about transparency,
ethics, patriotism.....American citizens who dare to take opposition to
the govs takeover of our health care system and spread "rumors" via chain emails, conversations, etc.
are instructing us to rat each other out. Like report us for...what...rumors?
And who decides what is a "rumor"....that would be the WH and all the minions
cowering under the messiahs robes. They are truly desperate to take this
approach against free speech and Americans having the audacity to actually
think that this is OUR country and we are their bosses! Tea Parties and
townhall meetings gone bad and out of control and people standing up
on their hind legs and saying......hell, no! Really rattles their chains doesnt
it? GOOD! And we are not going away or shutting up!

Just because it's their job to clean up the forum trash doesn't mean that people here can't be responsible members and post accordingly. People are required to read the rules before they make new threads. If that was actually done, we wouldn't be having this problem would we?

Back on topic, I'll say the same thing I was told in regards to the Patriot Act that I complained about: If you got nothing to hide, then why does this bother you?

Yeah, in order to see that the goal was to collect e-mail address headers, one has to have a functioning brain. I can see why so many Messianic Addicts can't figure it out.
 
The people who do these misinformation campaigns fear exposure because simple exposure will show them to be willful knowing lies.

I've read dozens of these things, they are posted far and wide. They are readily debunked by anyone who can type the word google. They get posted and re-posted on hundreds of blogs in such a short period of time that it stinks of a corporate misinformation blitz. Millions are being spent in an effort derail our government from doing it's job.

You don't like the White house effort to counter the corporate propaganda? Just when should the government step in to protect our citizens from fraud? Is the White house out of line to give the people a voice? If you think a pro reform E-mail is fishy or a lie send it in, no one is stopping you.

Why should corporate interests be allowed to shout down honest debate without some kind of answer? Do you love your private insurance to the point that you would die for it? You had better, if reform fails you are putting your life in the hands of people who would rather you die before costing them a cent.
 
REAL problems with obamacare:

1. it FINES those caught breathing without insurance

2. it FORCES therefore the folks it pretends to help to BUY THEIR OWN COVERAGE

3. it cuts massively MEDICARE and MEDICAID

4. it includes ILLEGALS

5. it changes existing procedures concerning public funding of abortion on demand

6. it accelerates the COST CURVE upward SIGNIFICANTLY

7. it looks for large savings in END OF LIFE costs

8. the prez hasn't read the legislation and doesn't intend to

9. it's foot-in-the-door incrementalism towards total nationalization down the line

10. it taxes med benefits, just like the mccain plan
