Yeah D.Oz isn't exactly captivating or enlightening.
 
There is a disconnect between how seriously the employees of the President take their job, and how seriously the President takes his own job. That said, absolutely right. His droning is part (not the whole story) of why he lost to Fetterman.
 
There are multiple examples of Trump falling asleep in pubic settings.

He has often said he only sleeps around 3-4 hours a night. In the past, maybe he could manage that but as he approaches 80, his brain and body can't keep up, so this is the result.

Can his handlers please place him in a home so he gets the care he needs?

Put him in prison where he belongs, he can get plenty of sleep there between feedings and ****ings.

He drifted into a coma during his own trial so it's never really a wonder when he does.
