Everyone of those bastards, who failed their oath to protect the Constitution, should be fired.

Unfortunately they'll be allowed to keep their jobs thus being able to figure out more ways to subvert the constitution.
 
Proper ruling but I absolutely hate these narrow rulings. The court knows the ramifications that the ruling will bring. Just clear them up when you make a ruling as opposed to forcing others through the long drawn out process.

I saw where a lower court has ruled that the police can search cell phones without a warrant. I'm sure that is the next ruling to be overturned.
