Well, well... it seems socialism (pork) is a tougher sell than Obama figured.

10 Democrat House members vote against it.
No Republicans House members vote for it.
3 RINO Senators seem to be for it.

This only makes it less likely for the plan to garner Republican support. It will be Barry's sack of feces to hold for the next three years and 11 months.

Then there is Joe Biden.
"If we do everything right, if we do it with absolute certainty, there's still a 30 percent chance we're going to get it wrong,"...

"...-you [House Democrats] have not, you've thought big," he said. All but 10 House Democrats voted for the bill.
History has proven the actions being taken are more like 99% wrong. And "Big" wrong.

Here is to hoping the Democrats end up holding the entire smelly bag.

Yup, but they won't listen to the public.

I thought that was a trait you conservatives loved about a president? Make up your minds.
LOL.

This is the deep thought process of the Obama supporter.

It is the Democrats that vote to send troops into harms way because they believe it to be the politically expedient vote to make. For them it's all politics all the time. Soldiers to war... they'll vote for it if it gains them seats and extinguishes their trademark white flag, weak kneed defense posture...

then, the same Democrats... act in partnership with the Euro Socialists and attack our troops and President... OK if it scores some support. Who cares if it emboldens the enemy. Who cares if they voted to send the troops.

The same Democrats attack and slander our troops while fighting the battle the Democrats sent them to. That's the all too familiar position of the Democrats.

On the most critical vote a politician can make... sending troops into harms way... the Democrats use it for political gain. Such people are the lowest of scum. Which means we are being led by the lowest of the low.

It shows.

As for...
Make up your minds
When it has to do with National Security and the opposition is a bunch treasonous SOB's, following the sentiment of the Press and the badly informed Euro Socialists is not a wise course. We tried the run, run, run away offense during The Clinton years, and it got us 911.

When it comes to economics... just look at history. What is being tried has Never Worked. And when the bill is one huge pork pack, and the Marxists won't listen now, they will pay later.

It's an all Democrat Bill now.
It's yours.
All that fat.
All the pork.
A fitting side dish for a collection of Marxists full of beans.

Note the uptick after Obama's news conference. Still doesn't make it right, though. I am just as much against Obama's plan as I was against Bush's plan.

Translation: anytime someone disagrees with you, they are the enemy to the point of you making up BS things. Noted. Conservative egos can be such a fragile thing.

FACT: Iraq did not have STOCKPILES of WMDs as Bush told the American people, this is FACT. People lost confidence in Bush because of it.

Don't let that fact escape your fragile mind.

Seems to be that if you believe something, than it isn't ok for the people to dissent, but if you don't believe in something, it is ok. That is called hypocrisy.

Bush wasn't a conservative, fyi :2wave:

Didn't say he was. I said that conservatives praised Bush for not listening to the people.

Seems many conservatives praise a REPUBLICAN president for not listening to the people, but scorn a DEM president for not.

Make up your minds or is it just partisan as I showed.

To bad there are conservatives on this board that praised him for it. :2wave:

Carry on. Oh I bet you are going to say they aren't conservative now aren't you lol.

Be nice if you gave spicific examples of wtf you were talking about, but since you didn't, we have no idea, but at least you know what/who you're talking about :2wave:

There are plenty of Conservatives that pilloried Bush. I happen to be one of them. I am not unique. I am one of many.

What BS?

Socialism doesn't work. Beyond that... we know Democrats are untrustworthy with the most sacred of voted.... sending troops into battle.

Democrats vote to send the troops and then trash them? SOP.

The democrats are traditionally hostile to the military and intel services.
Look at what THE PARTY did to Lieberman for supporting the troops, the mission and the president!

The democrats started the downward slide of the intel services with the Church hearings?

FACT: Iraq did not have STOCKPILES of WMDs as Bush told the American people, this is FACT. People lost confidence in Bush because of it.
This is where badly educated people or blind partisans look foolish. Bush gave many reasons... the press said too many. Remember that? OF course not. Remember the democrats stating how serious a threat Saddam was during the Clinton years? Remember "connect-the-dots"?

When it comes to history, you folks really need to bone up on it.

Don't let that fact escape your fragile mind.

No hypocrite here.
I was once a good socialist.
I know the left cold.
I know why I left the left.
It makes no sense.
It's emotion based.
It has a track record of failure.
It limits freedoms and prosperity.

PS. I didn't agree with the Bush bail-out. I didn't agree with all the spending he made.
