As we enter the end stages of democratic America, this is a historical marker. Despite hyperbolic claims of it coming from the left, it is being supercharged by Trump. (I can't claim credit for the OP Title, it came from Charlie Sykes.) The attacks on media and faux terrorism declarations are a subterfuge for censorship.
