Despite the State Dept's claim that it had nothing to do with helping Hillary deal with the FBI investigation, Wikileaks has provided evidence to the contrary, in the form of a Clinton Team email saying they'd just been tipped off by the State Dept that someone was tipping of the NYT about the contents of Hillary's emails.

Well of course the State Department lied. That is what they have done for 8 years.

It's not uncommon for a news editor to ask for verification or a comment before they run with a story. So I wouldn't be surprised if someone tipped Trump off...or at least tried to.

But I seriously doubt anyone tipped Clinton off about Comey's latest stunt.
