How beautiful. A tweeted apology to a couple in their 70's who wouldn't know a tweet, see a tweet or hear a tweet unless it was on a perch in their living room.
 
Last I heard he apologized to the couple in person and they said he was a nice man. There was a settlement of some sort. Sure took him long enough though.
