"Darrell Issa's bill is a great response: The No Rogue Rulings Act would prohibit a single individual judgment issuing a nationwide injunction like that to stop the entire policy of an administration," Johnson said.

"We passed it to the House, we sent it to the Senate with every expectation that they should be able to take that up. And I certainly hope they can, because, again, shouldn't be a partisan issue."

Yeah, it shouldn't be a partisan issue, like this bill. Unreal.

if this passes and we don’t end up in a dictatorship, this will end up being a fun tool for helping with dem future dem initiatives and minimizing silly rulings in the 5th circuit.

Some of them will be Trump appointed judges. It never ceases to amaze me how monumentally stupid those on the Right are. Seeing how Trump has belittled Pence, dumped Giuliani, criticized certain Fox News hosts, that anyone who thinks they can earn favor with Trump must by now realize that one wrong word and you will be toast to Trump.

Mike Johnson will go down as probably the worst Speaker ever. He has no spine, no balls. The way he worships Trump is very troubling.

I bet he's one of those fake Christians. Claims to be all religious but has no qualms about ignoring what they claim to follow in the bible for whatever actions Trump takes.
hard to disagree. The evidence keeps piling up, like shit on a porch.

I cant imagine the Senate passes this.

Or the courts when it's challenged but let's say it does and gets upheld. Does that ruling only then apply to that district with the rest of the federal court districts free to ignore it? That would be funny.

We going to have red and blue federal court districts?

Things have been done this way for how long?
All of a sudden it's "an issue" because it's hurting the feelings (and the need to be a dictator) of Trump.
