I hear you, Medusa. It's always unbearable when little children die in a conflict they had the misfortune of being born into. We must realize that no person and especially no child dies in a vacuum. Every casualty in this conflict has family and friends who will grieve for them and who will carry on the hate against those who killed their loved one. It doesn't matter what side of the border they happen to die on. Every single person who dies ensures that the conflict will go on and on and on.... I honestly don't see any end in sight.

Some believe that getting rid of Hamas will solve the problem. It won't. The problem existed before anyone had ever even heard of Hamas. It goes back to the very genesis of this conflict and it will take a miracle to end it. That or the complete annihilation of one side by the other.

Regarding the criticism, Israel is not trying to kill innocent children, moreover, Israel is doing everything in her power to avoid killing innocent whether they are children or not. If after all of those measures children are hurt we are left by no other thing to do except apologizing for it, we, unlike our neighbors, apologize when innocents are hurt, and we truly mean it. When Medusa absorbs incitement and hate from her surroundings, her media and her government, there is no doubt in my mind what her conclusion on this crisis will be. You won't hear Medusa apologize for the deaths of Armenians (because Armenians also killed Turks) and you won't hear her apologize for deaths of innocent Kurds (because Kurds are terrorists) but she still has the Hutzpa to criticize a nation who do apologize for apologizing.

I raised this with you in another thread but you didn't give me an answer. You just said the kids should be removed. Where to? Do you have any idea how small Gaza is? There's 800,000 kids there. The borders are closed, they can't get out. How do you propose 40% of the population, who happen to be kids, prevent these militants from firing rockets into populated areas? How do you propose the rest of the ordinary citizens take out the Militants? The IDF with all their sophisticated weaponary have been bombing Gaza for days and their trained personel have suffered loss of life. The militants are still firing rockets. But please tell me, how do you propose these unarmed kids do what the IDF are still trying to do....

It's such a bull**** argument because it does nothing other than deliberately dehumanize them and pretend it's their fault. It's not their fault, they didn't ask for any of this crap. It's their so called leaders fault that they are in the situation they are in. It would be more honest to say "i don't care about what happens to the kids" rather come up with the absolutely obscene idiotic logic that this is their fault because they have not prevented Hamas from firing rockets.

IDF called certain neighborhoods in Gaza to evacuate and they have no problem to evacuate to the central area of the strip, UNRWA institutions provide refuge to Gazans, they were reluctant to leave not because they had no where to go, but because they are afraid of their fate when this war will be over and Hamas will start "paying back" for those who fled.
