Once upon a time, in a country near and dear, even a pundit at CNN could tell it like it is.

This is Don Lemon back in 2013 talking about problems in the Black Community, and solutions for them:

His order from least to greatest issues/steps:

5. "Pull up your Pants!"

4. "Stop using the 'N-word'!"

3. "Respect where you live."

2. "Finish School."

1. "Just because you CAN have a baby, doesn't mean you SHOULD!"

Moreover, he not only agreed with another (now disgraced) pundit when the man stated: "The reason there is so much violence and chaos in the Black precincts is due to the disintegration of the Black Family;" AND also stated "Raised without much structure, young Black men often reject the education process and gravitate towards vice. NOBODY FORCES THEM TO, IT IS A PERSONAL CHOICE."

I have observed this very change and practice from the 50's to date. It has little to do with "systemic racism" and much to do (IMHO) with bad policies which created welfare dependence while media created the "thug life" ideology of drugs and gangs.

This is part of that culture issue that people are blaming on "systemic racism."

Yea it amazes me how well they say this stuff and turn around and deny it and call people racist that remember them saying it.
in fact it has already started.

Why is Don Lemon Stereotyping?

or maybe just maybe there is a massive problem in the black community that deals with those very issues.
