Some guy (illegally) started a Trump Burger restaurant in Texas. Franchised it. Now one of the owners faces possible deportation.

I'm not sure who to believe. Sounds like everyone involved is ****ed up in the head.

"Roland Beainy, who reportedly grew up in Lebanon and moved to the United States in 2019, alleges in a lawsuit that he owns 50 percent of the business Trump Burger LLC. Beainy filed the suit in Fayette County on April 16 against Iyad Abuelhawa, also known as Eddie Hawa. Hawa started the original Trump Burger restaurant in Bellville."

...

In the Fayette County lawsuit, Beainy claims he paid Hawa $65,000 for the 50 percent stake in the business. Beainy’s partners, Bart and Dana Blakelock, filed an affidavit supporting Beainy’s claim. They say Hawa agreed to the purchase on or about Jan. 22, 2025, and that the money was received by Hawa in March. Hawa has since filed a counterclaim, alleging that there was no written contract. Hawa is seeking $1 million in damages. That case is pending in court."

...

Furthermore, the notice stated that, “We have been notified that Roland Beainy is currently detained by ICE and his green card has been revoked. He is no longer recognized as a leaseholder or authorized representative of Trump Burger Kemah LLC.”

One can only laugh. A partnership with no paperwork? They thought they could use Trump's name without permission?

And the original owner is saying that the guy that bought into the company didn't. While other people say he did.

They all sound like crooks.

Who better to run a Trump enterprise?
