the problem, being, of course, that anarchy =/= libertarianism, which assumes among other things a State with Police Powers to enforce the Rule of Law, Individual Rights, Contracts, and so on and so forth.

However, 5 years from now, NK may have softened and in 10 years may reunite with SK.
I do not see the same good outlook for Somalia....it takes time to progress from the stone age..
