Socialist institution sued by citizens

Europe is socialist and yet we have somehow managed to avoid bread lines.
I've never been in a bread line.
Technically there isn't a single genuinely socialist nation in Europe, although most European nations enjoy many socialist policies-like our NHS, for example. We are a social democracy.

I meant what many Americans claim is socialism rather than actual hardcore full-on socialism.
I UK is vastly more socialist than the US but isn't anywhere near total socialism.
I don't think anyone here wants the government to run all the supermarkets or farms for example.

Many less astute Americans lump socialism, communism and Marxism into the same category, when in reality they are very different systems of government.
