It the ridiculous gun rights, people are people.People have become numb to violence in this unique & strange nation.
President Biden did his best to arouse the nation, but it just seemed so pro forma and perfunctory.
Also, some people -- in private, not publicly -- wonder why the current Administration has been mum about violence in general in our large cities.
Violence is as American as apple ...
Someone walks into a supermarket and slaughters almost a dozen innocent shoppers. Someone uses his vehicle to mow down parade watchers. Someone beats the blank out of an Asian on the sidewalk or on the subway.
The problem is endemic because of this country's unique population profile.
There is no solution.
It is just something that one gets accustomed to.
The politicians just wring their hands -- until the next incident.
Eric barely graduated high school. That's why he talks like that. That, prone to cuss a lot, idiot is making the false claim that (an unnamed) “they” are trying to ‘justify’ the Buffalo mass shooting (yet never even said how). He then went into his normal police are (all) racists rant. I should have stopped watching your linked video at that point. If the video was the least bit honest then some member of this (unnamed) they should be presented to ‘justify’ the shooting.
The second guy was ‘outraged’ that some (again unnamed) black folks were upset that ‘normal’ (black on black) homicides did not get much media coverage. He tried to spin that as being some objection to covering this horrific race based crime.
That was written eight days ago. No, I can't see the future. We all knew this was going to happen.Following the massacre in Buffalo over the weekend by a teenager we are hearing the same load of crap from politicians that we heard following Columbine, Sandy Hook, San Bernardino, Orlando, Las Vegas, Sutherland Springs, Parkland, El Paso, N.Y. City subway, and countless others.
And nothing got done. Nothing will get done following the Buffalo massacre.
There will be another mass shooting before the month is over. Indeed, there were at least five other mass shootings since Friday coinciding with the Buffalo massacre.
It doesn't have to be, but a major political party is preventing something being done. It's the one that expects win control of Congress in November. This is just normal part of American life as equal to Apple Pie.
As expected, the forum's Republicans did not respond to the issues of the above report. There is tragic irony in that the Republican Party is passionate about protecting the life of the unborn but has no interest in protecting the lives of the born, children and adults alike. Their decades long struggle to permit dangerous people like Salvador Ramos and Payton S. Gendron to own guns prove that point.
