Sorry but we've had decades of precedent overturned at times when the bad reasoning, bad law and eventually bad outcomes just can't be tolerated or rationalized anymore. Kelo is a good example of a case that needs to be overturned.

The buffet extends to checks and balances. Your anger is clear in your tone but the fact remains all branches check and balance all other branches. It isn't just the judicial branch that gets to do that in a one way exchange. If a judge can tell a president no, then a president can tell a judge no. It's how they do it that works within the Constitution.

Judge: Enforce my order.
President: No

President: Endorse my EO.
Judge: No.

It's a two way street, not one way.
