So....just when WILL we elect a female president?

It's hard enough to reach the ceiling...........................never mind trying to break through it!

I want a strong, intelligent, no-nonsense woman!

I want a Margaret Thatcher!

A Golda Meir!

I would have mentioned Angela Merkel…….yes we want a perfect woman while the standard for men is very low…..as for intelligence not really sure if that is an asset or a liability with voters now…..might be better now to hide your intelligence……

Of the current crop of rising stars? Tulsi Gabbard will probably have a good shot at some point. Perhaps Nikki Haley. Though they will probably have to wait. I expect JD Vance will be elected in 2028 and re-elected in 2032.
Tulsi Gabbard...she would have had my vote; here is hoping for the future.

Wanna re-think that?

If you say, the standard for men is low......................... and yet we can't find any woman to break the USA ceiling.......................what does that say about women?

I don't know much about her.
She's a conservative.
What little I know.........................I think she'll be a possible one.

I think, we won't find anyone in the Democrat Party who's worth taking seriously.
Kamala must be the best they got.

How wrong Mark Cuban was about Republican women. :)

i saw a clip where harris was travelling with her boss, and someone asked her if she was his daughter.

She said "no".

It was priceless.
The fellow she was with was Willie Brown, mayor of San Francisco at the time. He was 31 years older than she was, so the daughter question might have been innocent. I don't mind that Kamala was having sex with an older, married man. Kamala wasn't the first power groupie and she wasn't the last (see Monica Lewinsky). Her sex life is her business.

I do take exception to her using her relationship to Willie to forward her career.

By the same token I don't care if she's a woman of color. I live in the San Francisco area and follow local politics, so I've known who Kamala Harris was for decades before most people, back when she was still Indian. I do take exception to her being picked as VP because she's a woman of color, regardless of what color she identified with at the time.

Agreed with all of that.

Liz Cheney would be formidable….

Sorry I forgot……good Republicans are required to embrace conspiracy theories……not sure that Liz could lower herself to do that…..

Spoken like a true bigot…..does a biracial person have to self identify as one race ? And racists seize on this to insult them ? We remember when Trump claimed his father was born in Germany…..being 70+ years at the time…he surely knew that was a lie….just said it so his followers could believe he had Nazi blood…..people didn’t say much at the time….even his supporters knew he was ignorant and given to repetitive lies…..

Let's hope Vance and Gabbard get along, because I think Vance will win 'Bigly' in 2028 and 2032, especially if he chooses Gabbard as VP. 2036 is all Gabbard's, if she remains true to who she is today. She is also a great reminder of just how evil and corrupt the democrats are, which is a bonus. Hindsight is 20/20, but the democrats really have completely ****ed up their bench ever since they stole the democratic nomination from Sanders in 2016.

Good point about 2016. Both Harris and the hildabeast were party setup candidates, Both parties have a history of ultimately the party rather then their voters picking the nominees, In the GOP that ended in 2016. The superdelagate system in the democrat party is nuts. I will go out on a limb and predict a winning Vance Gabbard ticket in 2028.
