EPA - Environmental justice (EJ) is the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations and policies.
Fair treatment means no group of people should bear a disproportionate share of the negative environmental consequences resulting from industrial, governmental and commercial operations or policies.
Meaningful involvement means:
•People have an opportunity to participate in decisions about activities that may affect their environment and/or health
•The public's contribution can influence the regulatory agency's decision
•Community concerns will be considered in the decision making process
•Decision makers will seek out and facilitate the involvement of those potentially affected
“Whether by conscious design or institutional neglect, communities of color in urban ghettos, in rural 'poverty pockets,' or on economically impoverished Native-American reservations face some of the worst environmental devastation in the nation.”

Which part of that do you disagree with?

None of it, but that's not the point, their job is to ensure businesses are not polluting, not to dispense "Environmental Justice"

They ensure businesses are not polluting by enforcing regulations and bringing lawsuits. Where do lawsuits get decided? Courts. What do we call that? "Justice."
Go and breath into a paper bag for a while, sheesh.
None of it, but that's not the point, their job is to ensure businesses are not polluting, not to dispense "Environmental Justice", it's just more of the same racist BS that BLM spews. "Its the privileged old white guys and their systematic agenda of racism that's why all the black neighborhoods are festering **** holes". That's not why we pay them.
So, clean air and water is a privilege, not a right?
I would suggest the federalizing of state and local planning and control should be the first red flag.
So, clean air and water is a privilege, not a right?
The cleanest and purest the USA's environment has been is before it was discovered. The EPA has set that as the gold standard.
Where did you get that from?

That's not what "Environmental Justice" means and we both know it...or you're slightly ignorant.
That is impossible
That would be another 10th amendment violation.
