Should Trump pressure businesses to build factories next to immigration interment camps?

If businesses located factories next to internment camps, the inmates could work there and it would give them something to do. The wages could basically be slave wages. After all, they're already getting 3 hots and a cot. They could build a little village around it where the inmates' American families could live. They could visit on week-ends.

Seems like a win-win.
 
Design it like The Villages in Florida. Seniors can be moved there so they're not driving 40 on I-95.
