Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?
Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?
so that's a NO vote for you. got itThat's a problem. Why is the individual addressed as a "they"? Is that individual plural?
How do you refer to someone in the third person if you don't know their gender? That's a problem. Why is the individual addressed as a "they"? Is that individual plural?
Yes. Bostock v Clayton County established that LGBT people are protected under the Civil Rights Act, on the basis of sex discrimination. That is to say, if you wouldn't fire a woman for wearing a dress and saying she's a woman, then you can't fire a man for doing the same.Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?

YES.Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?
As long as the individual does not have hissy fits over being called he or she on the job. Its your gender dysphoria not mine.Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?
If I didn't know better I'd think you were a right-wing Poe.Honestly I think most people here are misunderstanding the question. Transgender people were revered as gods and prophets across the world, known for their wisdom and accolades. The question isn't should you hire a trans person if they're qualified. It's how should a person respectfully grovel to a trans person for the job.
Why shouldn't they? What is this, the Jim Crow Era?Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?

I'd throw a "hissy fit" if I get constantly called the f slur or N word.As long as the individual does not have hissy fits over being called he or she on the job. Its your gender dysphoria not mine.
so another NO answer. You are free to hire them whether they are qualified or not.
I said you could hire them for whatever position you like. How is that a no?so another NO answer.
got it!
Sure I would not like being called slurs either. That is not what I said. I said as long as they did not throw a hissy fit when called he or she. Those are not slurs.I'd throw a "hissy fit" if I get constantly called the f slur or N word.
Allowed by whom? In America, Americans don't need to ask any central authority for permission to work to begin with, so your question makes no sense. They are allowed to work by default. Employment authorization is a thing that typically affects foreign visitors.Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?

Really don't know because I can't imagine the requirements for every job. One thing I'm sure of if it requires transgenders using the same rest rooms and dressing facilities as their biological counterparts, NO!. My guess is most jobs would not make much difference, but then again you need to examine each job on it's own requirements and how this would effect teamwork and cohesion on the job.Should Transgenders be allowed to hold any job if they are qualified?
