There have already been "fake" Ice Agents arrested for trying to abduct people.What if Iran terrorists posed as masked ICE agents…?
An Iranian terrorist cell can simply order vests from Amazon, get some cloth patches that say ICE.
Then dress up like ICE agents, and walk into any building in the country to plant a bomb or carry out an attack. Their cars are unmarked with out of State plates.

Yes, they’re public servants and as such we have a right to know. There is clearly no external danger to these people, they’re rounding folks up at courts and their jobs, meaning they’re law abiding.
