Mike Johnson has now had the House adjourned for 73 out of the last 85 days. It's the Epstein Shutdown.

Never forget who protected pedophiles and simultaneously hurt MAGAs/Trump voters.

It is the "Christian".

GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson is refusing to swear in Adelita Grijalva, the newly elected Democrat Representative from Arizona.

Johnson knows that only one more House vote is needed to force the Trump White House and the DoJ to release all information regarding the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Republicans are really working hard to keep those secrets.
Yup

They've done the math and know exactly how long they can stretch this out before releasing THE REDACTED files which then buys them even MORE time.

All to protect pedophiles like Trump.

Disgusting.

They're pointless anyway. Just give Trump the keys the the US Treasury already.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see them try to hold out to take advantage of the Supreme Court killing the voting rights act.

If it bothers you so much, all you have to do is get about 5 more democrats to vote to stop their government shutdown

Which suggests Swalwell is wrong about a hundred Republicans ready to jump ship.

But it's blatantly obvious at this point that Johnson is stalling for time. Maybe they're using it to try and turn one or two of those four Republicans who've alrady gone over.

He's under orders or he will be eviscerated live on TV.
The dems will need to win big and immediately raise the SCOTUS justices to at least 13 with 4 dem justices named. Then begin Nuremberg Trials 2.0., or the country will remain a joke.

I'm confused by this argument.

If the House isnt in session, they cant vote. So why does it matter that Grijalva is sworn in now?

Alternately, maybe this petition thing doesnt require a vote, and then the swearing in will trigger the release.

I dont really know, and its one of the reasons I tend to avoid social media talk like this, because there's definitely bullshit on one side, but I dont know which side it is, or if its both.

The sackless cuck can be the top negotiator in getting government back to work.
Then the sackless cuck and swear in the new Congressperson. Or he can swear in the new person today. I mean, unless he still hates the constitution.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the government shut down.
Johnson is a f****** hypocrite.
He seated 2 Republicans members of the House while Congress was out of session.
A whole freshman class was seated during a government shutdown.
But the cuck cult doesn’t care.

She was elected by her constituents, about 3 weeks ago.
And while there have been no votes, she still doesn’t have her congressional e-mail account. She does have the keys to her office… but there are no computers or phones yet. Which means she really can’t do much for her constituents at this point.

Johnson seated 2 Republicans members while the House was not in session, one day after their election, before their elections were even certified.
A few years ago a whole freshman class was seated during a government shutdown down.
So his arguments are both hypocritical and bullshit.
Why should her constituents be without representation in Congress?

OK, but that still doesnt address my question.
