Sen. Cotton repeats coronavirus origins conspiracy theory | TheHill
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) again suggested over the weekend the coronavirus could have been created in a laboratory in China, despite pushback from experts and officials.
During an appearance on Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” Cotton commented on the rapid spread of the virus, saying: “We don’t know where it originated, and we have to get to the bottom of that.”

Right wing-nut. We should send him to Hong Kong to look into this.

I have seen this story on other sites that aren't right wing sites. I suspect that it will gain traction.

There is a 50-50 chance that Cotton is correct. That it is the result of biological weapons research is most plausible.
LOL. It's fine for you to advance evidence free CT's but U.S. Senators have an obligation to the public to not do so IMO.
Why? I dont recall you criticizing democrat politicians for running their mouths about idiotic Russian CT's for the last three years.
Oh, great, I was worried there for a minute we might have an entire thread without, BUT MOM HE DID IT FIRST/TOO!!@!
Thank you for saving the thread. I should have known we could count on you. :applaud
So you admit that you did it first and are simply being hypocritical. Fair enough.
So you admit you are being hypocritical. I agree and that was the point I was making. The rest of your post is just a typically lame attempt by you to cover that hypocrisy. Sorry, it didnt work.If we're going to stupidly assume the cases are equivalent, then do you not realize the hypocrisy knife cuts both ways? If you were critical of the CTs about Russia, and obviously don't care about Cotton pushing BS CTs about WMDs, then you too are a hypocrite.

YOU ARE BIG OLD HYPOCRITE TOO!!!
So THERE!!
If we're going to argue like little children, that's fine I guess, but seriously, aren't you embarrassed to have to do that to defend Cotton here?

seeing as i havent commented on what cotton said, i havent been hypocritical in the least. You, on the other hand, have been and admitted as much. So i should at least thank you for your accidental honesty.
Lol.
YOU DON'T CARE WHAT HE DID BECAUSE YOU ARE JUST a BIG OLD HYPOCRITE!!
MOMMMMMM!!! Tell him to quit being so stupid!!!
Except he didn't say what they are saying he said. They are debunking something actually not said. He said there is a lab there but he didn't say it was an engineered virus. We also have labs that contain very dangerous viruses for research and other purposes.
So what we have here again, is a debunking of a false narrative.
You are making a fool of yourself. I didnt comment on what Cotton said, I pointed out the hypocrisy of your comment. If this upsets you, as it clearly does, dont be hypocritical in the future and I wont have to call you out.
You quoted the OP which said this: "coronavirus could have been created in a laboratory in China, despite pushback from experts and officials."
He absolutely said that. The screen shot is hard to read, so the Twitter thread starts here:

The problem is there's absolutely NO evidence it was a bioengineered virus, versus natural, and IMO a U.S. Senator shouldn't be openly speculating about baseless, evidence free, fact free theories. The possibilities are endless. It was the RUSSIANS!! It was NORTH KOREA!!!
It was the CIA!!!! TRUMP ORDERED A BIOLOGICAL ATTACK ON CHINA TO CRIPPLE CHINESE MANUFACTURING!!!
There is as much evidence for the latter as Cotton's theories, i.e. NONE. Sen. Cotton is being reckless here.
Why? I dont recall you criticizing democrat politicians for running their mouths about idiotic Russian CT's for the last three years.
