Sanctions are mindless / Secondary sanctions are willfully stupid. Trump jerking around Putin isn't changing the war, just mucking up
Everything Trump is now doing in the war is bad. from escalation to needlessly interfering in oil purchases

Riyadh has frequently turned to Russia when it needs to supplement internal demand for oil-based needs, and has continued to import more from Moscow than Washington, though this partnership could shift if President Donald Trump’s secondary 100% tariffs come into effect come September if Russian President Vladimir Putin does not enter into a peace agreement with Ukraine.

The other top importers of Russian oil last month were Senegal in West Africa, Singapore in Southeast Asia and China, which has remained a top importer of Russian oil since its 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
Saudi Arabia, despite its high export volume, has for years imported fuel oil from Russia to reduce the amount of crude oil it has to refine for fuel, which allows Riyadh to continue to export more crude oil at higher prices.

Saudi Arabia is a genuine friend of Trump and so America, even gave His son-in-law two billion, yet Trump and Arabia don't go hand-in-hand like a former disgraceful RINO president because Trump is a real man and not gay like Obama/Michelle.

MAGA.

I had forgotten about that 2 billion from Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund (Public Investment Fund) MBS insisted on giving to trump's son-in-law, despite the thumbs'-down review given to the investment by the review board.

Hear hear. Just the fact that the eu is working on a 19th sanctions package ought to say a lot about sanctions

Right, because Russia's war economy is doing so well? 🤣 🤣

I know the Putin apologists hate to admit it, but Russia's economy is being held together with duct tape and bubble gum, and that's in large part due to international sanctions that the civilized world has imposed on them. When this war ends they're going to need a "guns to butter" program of epic proportions.

Sanctions are only ineffective when other nations don't cooperate. That's the problem.
