He knows he's in the Epstein files. He knows he's a felon. He knows he's committing more crimes (against humanity and financial) while president. Other MAGA politicians / people aren't immune and they will do anything too.

He's not leaving office and Texas, Missouri (and many other states to come) are going to try to do any illegal or unethical thing to keep him in office / retain power. The fascists will go after any individual and crush them to retain power.

You have to get 10x meaner than the fascist Trump Mafia / MAGA if you want to save democracy. Do it for your kids / grandkids.

Our Greatest Generation sacrificed themselves to stop fascism. You can fight harder get mean as **** (legally) to save the USA.

Then you get to go back to normal lives. The alternative is you don't.

How about fixing the DNC.

If they weren't so corrupt and completely against democracy, Sanders would have been the president from 2016 to 2024, and this country would be a very different place right now.

They screwed it up when they didn't get him on the ticket last time.

I'd rather see his name at the top of the ticket though.

Sanders had a large following of VERY loyal voters. Think....MAGA, but democrats.

I doubt much of his more radical ideas would have passed,but I'm fine with that. Sanders is for the people, for the working class, and he's consistently beat that drum his entire career.

I'd settle for a good man who accomplishes little than a bad man who sells out his entire agenda to the highest bidder.

He certainly wouldn't have made things worse.

That's not logical. It's still a mismatch.

The fascists are breaking the law. If others are remaining within the law that favors the law breakers. Trying to match dastardly deeds with being dastardly is the same as abandoning good morals. That makes you no better than them.

There has to be another solution.

That would be doing a more effective job of spreading the truth, being good, and working within the law and the Constitution.

We have to do the right thing.

Trump is vulnerable on pedophilia. He is very scared that will get bigger legs. Focus on that. It cannot be justified to vote for a child rapist so that immigrants can be deported. That doesn't make America great.

Besides, his stupid economic blunders will crash the economy. That always gets the attention of voters. They will turn on Trump when we go into recession of his own making. Trump the politician is different. He has captured government-haters. But Trump the politician is not aging well. He has tons of baggage. We need to work that. The cult sticks together. There are cracks in the dam. It is waiting to burst. When it goes and some begin to abandon Donald others will follow. His Christian supporters already got what they wanted. Now they can get all righteous and turn on him when they have no choice but to suspect he really did rape that little girl. We need to stay in our lane and work that. Work all of his weaknesses. The cult will crack. It's getting old, weak and smelly. It's ready to go.

Many thought it was unlikely that Trump would get elected in the first place, too. There is rise and fall in politics. Trump rose; he can fall. He is ripe for it.
 
You can report MAGAs who break the law.

Blue states can gerrymander every red politician out of a job.

Sane people can cut all MAGAs out of their (and their kids) lives.

Democratic politicians can start/expand a J Edgar Hoover list (past Democratic Presidents certainly know a ton of dirt on a ton of people).

We can have a national day of no work.

We can never again buy from any MAGA business.

We can leak any rumor to the press/social media.

Hell, there are 1000s of other ways to get mean as **** (within the law) to crush fascism (and it probably starts with reporting any current or past crime by any MAGA person/business owner). Make their lives hell for breaking the law.

Well, when people are continually called fascists because they see things differently it definitely doesn't help the message. Again, "democracy" is not at risk and midterms will be here soon enough.
 

No, I am not cutting people out of my life just because of their politics. I love my family and my friends. Cutting them off would only alienate them and give them reason to double down on their politics.

No. I am going to keep on being me. I don't mix it up with them on politics, but they know I do not agree with them. I'll just keep on living a good and successful life and showing them that is possible without supporting Trump. I shall be an example of decency without moral compromise. I will stand for what is right and I will be ready to forgive and commiserate with any cultist who wants to give it up and come clean.

I will not give them any personal shit over making a tragic mistake. I will welcome them back into the fold of sanity whenever they are ready.

Actually, I have already forgiven them and even Trump himself. They just don't know it because they won't listen to me.

I would highly recommend forgiveness. It is not necessary to tell someone you forgive them. You do it for yourself so that you can have peace within your own heart. That allows much clearer thinking and understanding.
