San Francisco police investigating Uber passengers who allegedly assaulted driver over mask policy

The San Francisco Police Department is investigating an incident in which three women allegedly assaulted an Uber driver over the company's mask policy.

The San Francisco Police Department is investigating an incident in which three women allegedly assaulted an Uber driver over the company's mask policy.

The Department said in a Twitter thread that the SFPD Robbery Unit was investigating the incident.

The victim grabbed and eventually regained possession of his phone. 
The suspects exited the car and the third passenger reached into an open window and sprayed what is believed to be pepper spray into the vehicle and towards the driver. The suspects fled the scene.

I don't think this is really about masks, just arrogant idiots treating public-facing workers like trash. Taxi drivers in particular have sadly faced this kind of behaviour long, long before COVID and will continue to face it long after COVID is forgotten. The focus of the story should be the criminal behaviour and the individuals responsible for it.

When I think of behavior like this I think of Trump supporters. Non Trump supporters may not wear masks but they typically don’t act like whiney little bitches about it like the deplorables.

The three individuals in this picture don’t look like Trump supporters. Trump supporters typically have either a white aryan look or hillbilly features.

Actually, when I think of terrorism I think Trump supporters and Muslims. I think of Trump supporters when it comes to bigotry. When I think of illegal immigration from the southern border I think of Mexicans. As far as muggings go it depends where I’m at.
